Work pattern : Full Time

Number of receptions : 1 position

Location : Bangkok(Huai Khwang)

Salary (Baht) : Negotiable

Holiday : Saturday, Sunday

Working hours : 08:00 - 18:00

Other work : Friday: 08:00-17:00hrs.

Responsible

Perform detailed food safety and quality system audits
Conduct on-site inspections of food production facilities
Assess compliance with international food standards (GFSI, ISO 22000, HACCP)
Evaluate food safety management systems and processes
Prepare detailed, accurate, and objective audit reports
Verify implementation of food safety protocols
Identify potential risks and non-conformities
Recommend corrective actions and improvement strategies
Assess documentation and record-keeping practices
Evaluate supplier and vendor food safety compliance
Support client certification journey
Provide expert guidance on food safety standards
Assist in developing corrective action plans
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food safety regulations

More qualification

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Nutrition, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in food safety auditing
Lead Auditor certification (IRCA/FSSC 22000)
Comprehensive understanding of food safety standards
Detailed knowledge of: GFSI benchmarked standards, ISO 22000, HACCP principles, Global food safety regulations
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Proficient in audit reporting software
Professional Certifications: Lead Auditor certification/ FSSC 22000 Auditor or Additional food safety certifications preferred
High attention to detail
Strong analytical thinking
Excellent communication skills
Professional and diplomatic approach
Ability to work independently
